Meeting called to order at 7:35 pm by David DePree.

DePree asked the group to review the 9 criteria set for the RFP and help to prepare discussion points in preparation for the Selectmen’s meeting in which he needed to attend at 8:30 PM.

Gordon stated that it is important to use the criteria language as stated within the RFP as it was drafted with BOH concerns in mind.

DePree spoke to Timility about the tour of the building; Timilty said they were impressed with the building’s condition, structurally speaking.

Liebman/Kopel moved to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing real property and to adjourn afterwards without returning to open session; approved unanimously.
